02 Programme Co-Design, Partnership Building & Bid-Writing
Ambitious climate action requires unprecedented collaboration. We can run effective co-design processes to shape the development of new programmes, alongside creating the partnerships and securing the funding you need to deliver the programme.

– Co-Design: Whether you’re developing a new funding scheme, business support programme or innovative pilot, we can provide a truly collaborative co-design process. The co-design process will be carefully developed to meet your needs, ensuring genuine buy-in from key stakeholders and development of a robust programme specification that can slot straight into your business case. We can fully deliver the co-design process, or guide your team through the process so that they can lead it, or somewhere in between.
– Partnership Building: We help you build the partnerships that unlock funding, enable co‑ownership and accelerate delivery. From developing relationships with community groups to access GB Energy Partnership Grants to long‑term strategic partnerships, we support you to choose and develop the right model – including Joint Ventures, SPVs and community‑led partnerships.
– Bid-writing: We use our extensive knowledge of establishing grant programmes, appraising projects and writing funding proposals, to develop strong funding bids.
03 Devolution & Policy Support

– Workshop Facilitation: Independent facilitation between a CA and LAs, or wider stakeholders, to align on key policy areas or overcome specific challenges.
